Is there any support here at all?

I upgraded to a paid account on Synday, yet my feeds are still returning the EXACT SAME results as when I first generated them. What did I give you money for?

to investigate that, we need some extra information. Could you mail us at admin@queryfeed.net? Please submit your Twitter/Facebook nickname that you used to log in. Also, please include URLs of feeds that you tried to fetch, that would help us to investigate.
